Who We Are


C. Robert Luckey, D.C., Clinician and Clinic Director -

Dr. Luckey is a graduate from Houghton College, where he studied Biology and minored in Athletic Training. He then received his Doctorate from New York Chiropractic College in 2005. Dr.
Luckey has been in private practice for 10 years. He has always enjoyed caring for his patients and prides himself on helping patients achieve their health goals in an elegant manner. Dr. Luckey has served diverse patient populations with ongoing success, including local corporations, professional athletes and pediatrics. Dr. Luckey is committed to high quality care that is delivered in a collaborative environment. In addition to clinic demands, Dr. Luckey is pursuing his Diplomate in Neurology through the Carrick Institute. Dr. Luckey resides in Farmington with his wife, Melissa and two sons, Jaden and Camden.

Pittsford Performance Care was established in 2011.

Michael Fink, D.C., Clinician -

Dr. Mike Fink began practicing at Pittsford Performance Care January 2013. He hails from Coudersport Pennsylvania, a small town in Pennsylvania. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology at Houghton College in Houghton NY. He then pursued his doctorate at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls NY. Prior to completing his schooling Dr. Mike served for 8 months at the Canandaigua and Rochester VA working to offer care to the veterans.

 Dr. Mike and his wife Laura established residence in the greater Rochester community in July of 2014 purchasing a home in Victor NY. They are excited to welcome a baby boy into their family in April 2015.  Laura serves the Finger Lakes community as a Physicians Assistant in a busy family practice. Together they are excited to reside in and serve the greater Rochester community.

Matthew Driscoll, D.C., Clinician -

Dr. Matt Driscoll has a Doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. He also carries advanced training in Active Release Technique (ART), the Gold Standard for soft tissue treatment. His undergraduate studies in Biology were completed at St. John Fisher College.

Dr. Driscoll has a passion for life-long learning and is continually searching for progressive techniques to advance the health of his patients. He plans on furthering his education with post-graduate work in Functional Neurology. Matt resides in Rochester, NY with his wife, Kiersten. They enjoy traveling, staying active and volunteering at local area events.
