"Dr. C. Robert Luckey is one of the most naturally gifted problem solvers I have had the pleasure to work with. His astute ability to accurately detect and correct the source of a person's problem is superb. Beyond his skills as a Chiropractor, Dr. Luckey excels most as an empathetic man of integrity. His patients know they are in capable hands, but it is his genuine demeanor that lets them know he has their best interests in mind. When it comes to restoring health in the ones I care about most, there is no one I trust more than Dr. Luckey."

“We had great success getting our college athletes rehabbed from muscle injuries and back on the field quicker than with traditional rehab and at a higher level of healing. The ART method that Dr Luckey is certified in and performs extremely well is a must for any high level/active athlete that is sidelined from action due to a muscle injury - he can even help with carpal tunnel syndrome as well as old nagging muscle injuries where scar tissue is the culprit to your pain and discomfort. Dr. Luckey was excellent to work with and very honest - he would not continue treatments if he didn't feel ART would improve the healing of your injury. Dr Luckey kept the visits to a minimum based on response to the treatment.” January 31, 2012

“Dr. Luckey is a professional and dedicated Doctor of Chiropractic who only wants the best outcome for his patients. I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Luckey back in October of 2009 when I had experienced severe neck pain due to 2 bulging disks from the trauma received from my rugby, football and power-lifting days. The curvature of my spine in the neck region was quite the opposite of what it was supposed to be and Dr. Luckey knew right away how to solve the problem. With his suggested program I was immediately on my way to a healthy recovery. Through the process he was so personable and caring which made my visits something I looked forward to. I'm thankful every day for all that Dr. Luckey has done for me and have never felt better. I would strongly recommend Dr. Luckey's services to anyone who's in need of any type of Chiropractic services.” January 31, 2012

“Dr. Luckey is certainly one of a kind. His approach is completely different than anything that you would expect from traditional chiropractic care/physical therapy. He combines chiropractic manipulation, neurological and muscular activation to get results that you have to see to believe. I have been to several other Doctors for treatments for chronic back pain and Dr. Luckey's methods are the only ones that have given me long term results. I recently separated my shoulder skiing and was told by an orthopedic doctor that it would be 4-8 weeks before I could even start rehabilitation. I went to Dr. Luckey the day after it happened, unable to move my arm when I walked in. His treatment along with Dan Fichter, his counterpart, not only reduced my pain but I was able to start the rehabilitation process immediately and gain limited pain free movement. It's been a little over three weeks and I have 90% of my range of motion back and the strength is right behind that. The pain is subsided from a 9 to a 2 on a 0-10 scale. I believe they have cut my recovery time in half. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that if you want results and you want to feel normal again, Dr. Luckey and his team, Dan, Nick and Matt will get you there. We are very fortunate to have a service like theirs in our area and I will continue to recommend anyone to them.” January 30, 2012

"My experience at Pittsford Performance Care has been phenomenal. I was very skeptical at my first appointment, but left amazed at the results of just one visit. I was so tired of doctors telling me that I had to stop running; rest my leg for 6-8 weeks; and take Aleve every six hours. I was never given anything different. Dr. Luckey didn't tell me I had to stop running, but that I had to do it differently - - - FINALLY! I'm so grateful to everyone at PPC and they are a great crew to work with! My body feels stronger and my posture is much better. I couldn't be happier with my results.

"Our family experience with Dr. Luckey and Pittsford Performance Care has been nothing short of SPECTACULAR. Our relationship with Dr. Luckey began in 2007 as we searched for relief from a very painful back injury (soft tissue) sustained by our then - 13 year old son while playing football. Football has been very important to Dominick, and the prospect of losing a season to injury was very disheartening. But with thorough, sustained care provided by Dr. Luckey via ART, manipulations and other modalities, he was not only able to get back on the field, but had a very successful season as well.
Since then, the care of Dr. Luckey and the coordinated care and training provided by Dan Fichter at Wanna Get Fast have played an instrumental role in our son’s continued success on the gridiron. Dominick has been an All Greater Rochester 1st team running back for the last two years, All- State for the last two years, and in 2011 was named the All-Greater Rochester Co-Player of the Year. The position of running back is very physically demanding, and Dominick carried the football over 500 times in the past two seasons, far more than most runners. His body has withstood that pounding in large part due to the ongoing care and preventive maintenance provided by Dr. Luckey and Dan Fichter. Dominick would be seen at least weekly to be put “in balance” and to work out any minor nicks and bumps that were received the previous week. Their combined attention to detail and ability to stay ahead of potential problems is remarkable.
Every member of our family has been to Dr. Luckey and Dan Fichter at one point or another, as have numerous friends. All have been happy, and some have found relief from chronic pain after they had lost hope. Much to his credit, Dr. Luckey is always very frank about his likelihood of solving the problem at hand. After his initial evaluation and treatment of a problem, he would often state something like: “If this is not 70% better tomorrow, then we are on the wrong track and we may need to re-evaluate or send you elsewhere.” That type of candor is very important to a patient, because one never wants to stop making progress or lose hope. From the perspective of a student-athlete, the importance cannot be overstated because once the body is compromised, the mind and academics soon follow. Dominick is soon to matriculate at Harvard University where he will continue his football career. Without the care of Dominick’s body provided by Pittsford Performance Care and Wanna Get Fast, and the follow-on benefit of the peace of mind necessary to perform well academically, we might not have been so fortunate. We offer our sincerest thanks and best wishes."
